Our Check in & Check out times are negotiable.

We ask that you provide an estimated time of arival
to ensure one of us is on site to greet you.

We charge Tax: 10.5% TOT (transient occupancy tax).

When reserving your accomadations we will require a credit card.

We accept Visa, MC, American Express and Discover.


We will charge a one nights stay as an advance payment.

We require require 14 (fourteen) days notice on cancellations.

If recevied cancellation is received within 14 days of reservation a
$50.00 fee will charged.

We charge one night's room fee for all no shows.

Please notice all cancellations must be made by phone.
Emailed cancellations are not accepted, sorry.

$20.00 per night fee for extra occupants staying beyond normal room occupancy.

We require all minors to be accompanied by an adult when using the pool.
Our common areas include a phone, sitting room, TV (cable/vcr/dvd).
